About the role
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Muscat. In this position you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience from arrival to departure.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly while maintaining high quality standards.
- Maintain clean and organized tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Address guest inquiries, handle special requests, and resolve any concerns courteously.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company service procedures.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café or hotel is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Positive, customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work quickly in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
