Waiter / Waitress

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Muscat. In this position you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly while maintaining high quality standards.
• Maintain clean and organized tables, dining areas, and service stations.
• Address guest inquiries, handle special requests, and resolve any concerns courteously.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company service procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a restaurant, café or hotel is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Positive, customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work quickly in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
