About the role

Join the Alila Hinu Bay restaurant team as a Waiter/Waitress and deliver an exceptional dining experience for every guest. You will greet guests, guide them to their seats while maintaining social distance, and ensure smooth service from drinks to the final course.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests by name when possible and confirm seating preferences (indoor or outdoor).
• Escort guests to tables, maintain proper hygiene standards, and explain menu items, specials, and unavailable dishes.
• Coordinate special dietary requests with the chef or supervisor.
• Serve hot dishes hot, cold dishes cold, and ensure drinks are presented before food.
• Maintain clean tables, side stations, and ensure all service items are stocked and organized.
• Handle linen collection, inventory, and seasonal items such as blankets.
• Report incidents, guest complaints, and preferences to supervisors.

Required profile

• Friendly, tactful communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to provide information about hotel facilities and services.
• Attendance at all mandatory training sessions.
• Adherence to hotel grooming standards and punctuality.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and responsibilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in operating order‑processing software.
