Wealth Advisor

About the role

The Wealth Advisor will drive growth of the bank’s Wealth Management business by deepening relationships with existing high‑net‑worth clients and attracting new assets. The role focuses on cross‑selling, up‑selling, and introducing tailored investment solutions to increase fee income and assets under management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Wealth Management strategy for ABO clients, analysing needs, market trends and investment opportunities.
• Introduce and promote new wealth‑management products, services and investment instruments aligned with client goals and risk appetite.
• Identify cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities to grow assets under management and generate sustainable fee income.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with high‑net‑worth clients and key market stakeholders.
• Apply a disciplined sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring follow‑up and client satisfaction.
• Provide personalized advice, proactive communication and timely resolution of client queries.
• Maintain strict compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies.
• Document client interactions and business development activities for performance reporting.

Required profile

• Omani national.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management.
• Experience selling insurance products is an advantage.
• Deep knowledge of asset classes such as mutual funds, fixed income and ETFs.

• Strong understanding of wealth‑management products and financial instruments.
• Ability to analyse client needs and market trends.
• Excellent compliance and risk‑management awareness.
