Cluster Sales Manager – MICE

About the role
The Cluster Sales Manager – MICE will drive revenue growth across multiple market segments by promoting the Tivoli brand, securing new business and maximising hotel performance. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will receive coaching to excel in a competitive hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Promote the hotel brand and secure new contracts to increase revenue.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local, domestic and international clients.
- Monitor competitor activity and gather market intelligence.
- Represent the hotel at travel functions, sales road‑shows and organise sales trips.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a 5‑star hotel sales role.
- Pro‑active, self‑motivated and thrives on challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong desire to lead, succeed and meet sales targets.
