Construction Site Inspector (Omani Citizen Only)

About the role

The Construction Site Inspector will be responsible for overseeing construction activities across multiple sites in Oman, ensuring that all work complies with engineering standards and project specifications. The role requires a full‑time on‑site presence and close coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of construction sites to verify compliance with civil engineering designs and building codes.
• Manage and monitor personnel and material resources to ensure efficient project execution.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve technical issues on site.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, observations, and corrective actions.
• Travel between assigned sites as required, maintaining a 100 % on‑site commitment.

Required profile

• Omani citizenship (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech) in civil engineering, construction, building or a related field.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Ability to work full‑time on site and travel to multiple locations.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Computer‑Aided Design (CAD) software.
