Demi Chef de Partie – Arabic Cuisine (Staff Dining)

About the role

The Demi Chef de Partie will work in the staff dining outlet, focusing on Arabic cuisine. You will prepare special and regular meals, maintain high food quality, and support the kitchen team during busy periods.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes, quality and presentation standards.
• Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills and roasters.
• Pull frozen items to thaw, maintain food logs and ensure proper portioning and garnish.
• Monitor food quality and quantity, inform the Chef of excess items for daily specials.
• Communicate menu specials and out‑of‑stock items to service staff.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling and employee coaching.
• Follow safety, security and hygiene policies; report maintenance needs and incidents.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and protect company assets.

Required profile

• Technical, trade or vocational school degree.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant culinary experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work full‑time in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
