Front Office Supervisor – Hospitality (Omani National)

About the role

The Front Office Supervisor will oversee daily front‑office operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure while supporting the Front Office Manager in maintaining IHG and Crowne Plaza brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest service, welcome VIPs and handle inquiries, requests and complaints promptly.
• Supervise reception, guest services and lobby activities, ensuring shifts are properly staffed.
• Manage check‑in/check‑out procedures, monitor room availability and coordinate with housekeeping.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling, billing, financial procedures and IHG policies.
• Conduct shift briefings, prepare daily reports and monitor queue management during peak periods.
• Coach, train and motivate front‑office team members, monitor performance and assist with scheduling.
• Support revenue optimisation through upselling, room upgrades and maximising inventory.
• Maintain health, safety, security standards and protect guest information confidentiality.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of front‑office experience, supervisory experience preferred.
• Omani national.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera PMS or similar hotel management systems.
• Strong knowledge of front‑office operations and guest‑service standards.
