Male Spa Service Expert – Full‑time

About the role
The Spa Service Expert will be the face of our luxury spa in Al Mouj, Muscat, delivering memorable experiences for guests. Working within a vibrant hotel environment, you will support a range of spa functions, from guest check‑in to promoting services and retail products.
Key responsibilities
- Promote spa services and retail items to guests.
- Schedule reservations, confirm appointments and manage the reservation software.
- Answer guest inquiries about spa treatments and facilities.
- Check‑in guests, process payments and ensure smooth transaction flow.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming work environment following company policies.
- Perform physical duties such as standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 lb with assistance, and moving across varied surfaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
Required skills
- Reservation software operation.
- Cash handling and basic payment processing.
