Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will develop and maintain business relationships with government entities, corporate clients, and local companies to drive revenue for the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with government ministries, public sector entities, corporate companies, and local business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities, conduct sales calls, client visits, presentations and property inspections.
• Promote the resort’s accommodation, restaurants, meeting facilities and events to potential clients.
• Secure corporate agreements, government business, room nights, meetings and event opportunities.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations and agreements in line with commercial guidelines.
• Coordinate with Revenue, Reservations, Events and other departments to meet client requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and maintain accurate account records and sales reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Sales or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in hotel sales, corporate sales, government accounts or business development (advantage).
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the local market and ability to build relationships with government and corporate clients.
