Night Duty Manager

About the role

The Night Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the resort during the night shift, ensuring exceptional guest service, safety, and compliance with Anantara brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall resort operations during the night, making decisions, resolving challenges and escalating critical matters.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Security, Engineering and other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Handle guest complaints, VIP arrivals, special requests and service recovery initiatives to achieve high guest satisfaction.
• Take immediate action in emergencies, security incidents, medical situations and ensure safety compliance.
• Oversee night audit activities, ensure accurate financial reporting and proper cash controls.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members on duty, ensuring accountability and professional conduct.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and decision‑making abilities during night operations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
• Ability to handle guest issues, emergencies and VIP services with professionalism.

Required skills

• Knowledge of resort operational standards, health & safety, security protocols and local regulations.
• Experience with night audit procedures and financial reporting.
