Spa Service Expert – Receptionist (Female Omani Only)

About the role

The Spa Service Expert – Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests visiting the spa at our Al Mouj property. This role combines front‑desk duties with the promotion of spa services and retail, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Promote spa treatments and retail products to guests.
• Schedule reservations, confirm appointments, and manage the reservation software.
• Answer guest inquiries about services, pricing, and availability.
• Check‑in guests, process payments, and handle cash transactions.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company policies and uniform standards.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 10 lb (25 lb with assistance).

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Female Omani nationality.
• No prior spa or hospitality experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
