About the role
We are seeking motivated Arabic and English speakers to join our remote sales team as Business Development Associates. In this role you will promote and sell our highly‑rated professional training courses that are currently available in Muscat.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers interested in business, communication, leadership and professional development courses.
- Present course offerings, answer queries and highlight benefits to prospective learners.
- Generate sales leads through phone calls, messaging apps and networking activities.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales outcomes.
- Achieve personal commission targets while adhering to company guidelines.
Required profile
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Strong motivation, confidence and a desire to earn extra income.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities.
- Comfortable working independently with a mobile phone as the primary tool.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using a smartphone for calls, messaging and basic internet browsing.
