Executive Commercial Advisor

About the role

The Executive Commercial Advisor will partner with the leadership team to drive commercial growth, align operations with market opportunities, and improve overall performance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and execution of commercial and business growth initiatives.
• Advise leadership on market development, pricing strategies, and strategic partnerships.
• Assist with revenue optimization, forecasting, budgeting, and commercial performance tracking.
• Participate in commercial negotiations, business development, and customer engagement activities.
• Coordinate with operational teams to ensure commercial objectives match delivery capabilities.
• Contribute to organizational performance improvement and operational efficiency projects.
• Help develop management reporting and commercial performance frameworks.
• Mentor internal teams to build commercial capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Commercial Management, Finance or a related field.
• Extensive experience in commercial operations, business development, strategic planning or operational leadership.
• Proven track record in revenue growth, pricing, contract management, budgeting, forecasting or business expansion.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and analytical abilities.
• Experience working across multi‑functional or regional environments is a plus.
