About the Role
Join SGH Energy Systems LLC as a Senior Business Development Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth within the industrial automation and electrical sectors. You will act as a strategic bridge between our advanced technical solutions and key industry stakeholders, including EPCs, consultants, and end-users.
Main Missions
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans specifically tailored for automation and electrical solution portfolios.
- Manage the full business development lifecycle, from proactive lead generation to successful project closing.
- Propose customized technical solutions encompassing PLC, SCADA, DCS, LV panels, and instrumentation.
- Collaborate closely with internal technical and project teams to ensure accurate proposal drafting and seamless project execution.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with EPC clients, engineering consultants, and end-users.
Candidate Profile
- 6 to 7 years of proven experience in business development within the automation or electrical industries.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience specifically within the Oman market.
- Engineering degree (BE/B.Tech) in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, or Automation Engineering.
- Strong track record of working with EPCs and major industrial consultants.
- Must hold a valid Oman driving license and be willing to travel extensively across the Middle East.
- Experience within the GCC region is highly preferred.
Required Skills
- Deep technical knowledge of Industrial Automation, SCADA, and DCS systems.
- Expertise in LV/HV panels, switchgear, and instrumentation.
- Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies and trends.
- Advanced sales negotiation and strategic account management.
- Excellent technical proposal writing and client presentation skills.
