Senior Operation Specialist – FinOps

About the role

The Senior Operation Specialist (FinOps) will ensure smooth day‑to‑day financial and operational processes for our fintech solutions. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will support card‑related services, transaction processing and customer satisfaction across our global platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end financial operations, including transaction processing, reconciliation, settlements, and card issuance for both physical and digital cards.
• Monitor daily transaction flows, ensure timely settlement with banks, processors, card schemes and third‑party partners.
• Handle card disputes, chargebacks, reversals and operational exceptions in line with scheme rules.
• Investigate and resolve operational discrepancies, transaction issues and settlement variances within defined SLAs.
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, Compliance, Customer Care and external partners to drive operational excellence.

Required profile

• Omani nationality (only Omani applicants considered).
• Proactive, detail‑oriented professional with strong knowledge of card operations and fintech processes.
• Experience in financial reconciliation, settlement processing and transaction monitoring.
• Ability to identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.
