Finance and Administration Manager

About the role

The Finance and Administration Manager will oversee the company’s financial, commercial and administrative functions, ensuring effective cost control, contract management and smooth daily operations to support construction projects and overall business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage budgeting, cost control and financial reporting for projects and the company.
• Prepare and support monthly cost reports, project reports and earnings forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses and project profitability.
• Handle contract administration, including payments, variations and claims.
• Provide financial and commercial advice to project teams.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, company policies and relevant regulations.
• Oversee administrative functions such as HR coordination, office management and documentation.
• Coordinate financial matters with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Identify risks and implement cost‑saving measures.
• Lead and supervise finance and administration staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance/commercial roles within the construction sector.
• Strong understanding of project cost control and contract management.
• Proven knowledge of financial reporting and cash‑flow management.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., MS365, AS4U) is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as ACCA or CPA are an advantage.
