Account Sales Manager – O&G Drilling Sector

About the role

Our client seeks an Account and Sales Manager to lead key accounts and drive sales growth for drilling waste management and drilling fluid solutions within Oman's oil and gas sector. The role focuses on building strong relationships with operators, drilling contractors and EPCs to expand market penetration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage existing client relationships and prospect new business in Oman's drilling sector.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for drilling waste disposal and drilling fluid services.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Report sales performance and market trends to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing.
• At least 1 year of sales/account management experience in the O&G drilling sector.
• Minimum 2 years of technical sales experience in Oil & Gas Drilling Waste Management or Drilling Fluids.
• Established relationships with O&G operators or contractors in Oman.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Omani nationality preferred.
