Cluster Food & Beverage Manager – Multi‑Hotel Resort

About the role

The Cluster Food & Beverage Manager will lead the F&B strategy, operations and financial performance across six 3‑ to 4‑star hotels within the Veranda Resorts portfolio. Reporting to the COO, you will ensure brand consistency, profitability and guest satisfaction across all properties.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a unified F&B vision and standards for all hotels.
• Collaborate with Hotel Managers and F&B Operations Managers to align property goals with cluster objectives.
• Analyse cluster‑wide data to identify trends, risks and revenue‑growth opportunities.
• Lead menu engineering, concept development and promotional initiatives.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts and cost controls, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Monitor performance metrics and recommend corrective actions.
• Guide pricing, procurement and supplier negotiations to achieve economies of scale.
• Ensure SOP implementation and conduct internal quality audits.
• Support escalation handling, service recovery and guest‑concern resolution.
• Mentor F&B Operations Managers and coordinate cluster‑wide training programs.
• Prepare consolidated reports for executive review and partner with Sales & Marketing on F&B campaigns.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management or related field.
• 8‑10 years of F&B experience, including 3‑5 years in a senior leadership role within a hotel/resort environment.
• Proven ownership of P&L, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong track record in supplier relationship management and quality audit programs.
• Experience coaching and developing outlet or property managers.
