About the role
Group Team Pro is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to lead a hospitality construction project in Muscat, Oman. The role involves overseeing site activities, managing the workforce, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction operations and coordinate with subcontractors.
- Monitor progress against drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
- Enforce site safety protocols and quality control measures.
Required profile
- Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of civil construction experience, including at least 1 year in the Gulf region.
- Proven experience on hospitality projects.
- Valid passport.
Required skills
- Strong site supervision and workforce management.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Knowledge of construction quality standards and site safety regulations.
