About the role
The Guest Service Expert for Room Service at JW Marriott Muscat delivers memorable food and beverage experiences to guests, ensuring every interaction feels part of a unique hospitality journey. This full‑time, on‑site position requires a proactive attitude and a commitment to safety, quality, and professional presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables, communicate orders to the kitchen, and serve guests promptly.
- Maintain clean work areas, handle supplies, and ensure all equipment is properly stocked.
- Move, lift, and carry items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance) and navigate varied surfaces safely.
- Read and verify menu information, and assist guests with any special requests.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
Required skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods on uneven or slippery surfaces.
- Physical capability to lift, push, pull, and place objects as described.
