HR Manager

About the role

Capital Store, Oman’s leading luxury and lifestyle retailer, is looking for a full‑time HR Manager to join its on‑site team in Masqat. The role will drive all core HR functions, ensuring the company attracts, retains and develops top talent while maintaining compliance with Omani labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning for the retail and luxury segments.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution and performance management processes.
• Develop, update and enforce HR policies in line with local labour laws.
• Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration and HR compliance.
• Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture and promote employee engagement.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning.
• Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution and team leadership.
• Proficiency in HR policy development and compliance with Omani labour regulations.
• Skills in payroll management and benefits administration.
• Proven ability to build and sustain a positive organisational culture.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in retail or luxury sectors is highly advantageous.
