About the role
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the pastry and bakery department in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Function as Production Manager for all pastry and bakery products.
- Ensure contributions to the success of outlets and banquets, adhering to hotel standards and financial goals.
