Raw Material Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Raw Material Warehouse Supervisor will lead all activities related to the receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials for production in Muscat. The role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant processes while meeting service targets and HSEQ standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end raw material warehouse operations, including receiving, COA verification, safe storage, stock counting and timely supply to production.
• Maintain system‑physical stock alignment, ensure accurate IFS postings, MRP controls and unit‑of‑measure precision.
• Drive inventory accuracy, conduct cycle counts, reconcile tank inventories, investigate variances and manage disposal postings.
• Plan and control inbound/outbound material flows in coordination with planning, procurement, quality and transport.
• Lead, coach and develop warehouse staff, ensuring safety, efficiency and readiness for operational changes.
• Guarantee full HSEQ compliance, promote safety culture, lead A3 problem‑solving and support layout optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience in a manufacturing environment, with supervisory exposure.
• Practical experience handling raw and packaging materials, FEFO inventory control and cycle counting.
• Good understanding of HSEQ requirements, COA handling and SOP adherence.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; open to Omani nationals as per Omanisation.
