Supply Chain Manager

About the role

The Supply Chain Manager will lead the strategic and operational delivery of contracting, sourcing, expediting, inventory, preservation, and logistics services for project contracts. This role ensures end‑to‑end supply chain activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with company standards and contractual requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership for procurement activities, including purchase order execution and material sourcing through approved systems.
• Oversee the complete supply chain lifecycle for each purchase order, ensuring compliance with contract terms and company procedures.
• Guide and develop sourcing and logistics personnel, establishing control mechanisms and improving operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that drive continuous improvement across contracting, sourcing, logistics, expediting, inventory, and preservation.
• Conduct market intelligence, identify new suppliers, and support competitive sourcing.
• Coordinate technical evaluations, price comparisons, and recommend contract awards after negotiation.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and develop cost‑modeling and benchmarking practices.
• Support Materials Category Managers with data analysis, demand aggregation, and procurement insights.
• Ensure governance, auditability, and consistent execution of contracting, sourcing, and logistics processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading procurement, sourcing, and logistics functions in a project‑focused environment.
• Strong understanding of contract management, commercial negotiations, and cost optimisation.
• Ability to develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives.
• Experience guiding multidisciplinary teams and driving process discipline.
