AC Technician

About the role

The AC Technician will join the facilities team of a leading hotel brand in Muscat, ensuring that all HVAC, air‑quality, and refrigeration systems operate efficiently and safely. This full‑time position involves hands‑on maintenance, troubleshooting, and guest‑service support within a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air‑quality control, and refrigeration equipment.
• Conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant and monitor property temperature.
• Analyze energy and utilities usage and calibrate controls, gauges, and meters.
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical systems, electronic wiring, pipe assemblies, fittings, and valves.
• Perform routine pool and spa maintenance.
• Follow all safety policies, report hazards, and complete required safety training.
• Provide courteous service to guests and support overall hotel operations.

Required profile

• Technical, trade, or vocational school degree.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HVAC/refrigeration experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• EPA Universal Certification and HVAC Certification.
