Account Executive – Client Relationship & Sales

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Account Executive to turn leads into lasting partnerships. You will leverage deep product knowledge and industry insight to understand client needs and recommend solutions that deliver maximum value.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with existing and prospective clients to identify and fulfill their requirements.
• Conduct cold calls and outreach activities to generate new business opportunities.
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle, ensuring their needs are addressed.
• Present and demonstrate product and service benefits to potential buyers.
• Analyze data to uncover market trends and inform sales strategies.
• Develop sales plans, set quotas, and track performance against targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company offerings and industry developments.
• Manage a contact database and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
• Handle client complaints and negotiate agreements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent time‑management and multitasking skills.
• Proactive, energetic attitude with a focus on client satisfaction.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using CRM software for managing contacts and sales pipelines.
