Accountant – Accounts Receivables

About the role

We are looking for an Accountant specialized in Accounts Receivable to manage collections and reconciliation for personal leasing customers. The role ensures timely payments, maintains healthy customer accounts, and guarantees compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Drive timely collections in line with agreed payment terms and monitor aging categories for performance evaluation.
• Maintain transparent communication with customers and coordinate with internal teams to resolve account queries and disputes.
• Perform accurate account reconciliations, keep records up‑to‑date, and identify opportunities for process automation.
• Ensure all AR processes comply with company policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in accounts receivable or collections, preferably in automotive leasing or a similar finance environment.
• Strong knowledge of aging analysis, reconciliation and collections processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with JD Edwards (or similar ERP) accounting system.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
