Accountant – Finance Team

About the role

Our client, an established organization, is seeking an Accountant to join its finance team. The role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reporting activities, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily accounting entries
• Maintain the general ledger
• Perform monthly account reconciliations
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial statements
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Prepare VAT and tax‑related documentation where applicable
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate financial records

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 3 + years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards
• Fluency in English
• Professional accounting qualification advantageous

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics
