AI Engineer (Oman)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning solutions. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to turn AI concepts into production‑ready applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, train, and fine‑tune ML/DL models for NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, and related tasks.
• Build end‑to‑end AI pipelines, covering data ingestion, preprocessing, model training, and deployment.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to define AI use cases and integrate solutions.
• Implement and scale models in production environments using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Monitor model performance, detect drift, and retrain models as needed.
• Research and evaluate new algorithms and frameworks to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Document technical reports, guidelines, and maintain reproducible records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 2–3 years of professional experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong foundation in statistics, probability, linear algebra, and optimization.
• Experience with cloud services and MLOps tools, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Ability to work with large datasets and build scalable data pipelines.
• Problem‑solving mindset and effective communication for cross‑functional teamwork.
