AI Engineering Lead

About the role
Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of AI use cases, turning business value into operational solutions. Shape enterprise AI analytics strategy while collaborating closely with senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, define and prioritise AI and analytics use cases with business stakeholders.
- Translate business problems into structured analytics and AI designs.
- Define ROI, value cases and success metrics for AI initiatives.
- Design data marts, datasets and schemas for consumption in Cloudera environments.
- Guide and mentor junior analytics teams and AI developers.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- At least 8 years of experience in data analytics, AI or advanced analytics roles.
- Proven ability to define AI use cases, calculate ROI and establish implementation frameworks.
