About the role

Aliya International is seeking an All‑Rounder Mason to join its construction team in Muscat, Oman. The position is full‑time and permanent, focusing on general masonry and site‑based construction tasks while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of masonry work, including bricklaying, block work, and concrete finishing.
• Assist with general construction activities such as site preparation, material handling, and basic building maintenance.
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Collaborate with the construction team to meet project timelines, including overtime as required.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Physically fit and able to work 10‑hour shifts with overtime.
• Willingness to relocate and work in Oman.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a construction team.
