Assistant Human Capital Manager

About the role

The Assistant Human Capital Manager will support the delivery of QBG Facilities Management’s Human Capital strategy, ensuring HR services, workforce planning, and employee relations align with company policies and labor regulations. This role contributes to a compliant, employee‑focused environment across a diverse portfolio of facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of HR policies, services, and procedures throughout the organization.
• Analyse HR data and recommend practical solutions to improve processes.
• Assist managers with workforce planning, staffing needs, and annual vacancy forecasts.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, employee movements, and development initiatives.
• Manage employee relations in accordance with company policy and labor law.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations, internal governance, and organizational standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee records and HR documentation.
• Prepare periodic HR and workforce reports for management decision‑making.
• Support training and development plans aligned with capability needs.
• Maintain candidate databases and talent pipelines for current and future hiring.
• Coordinate employment‑related matters with government bodies and external authorities.
• Contribute to the improvement of HR systems, databases, and reporting processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
