Assistant Marketing Manager

About the role

The Assistant Marketing Manager will support the Hotel’s Marketing and Communications team in delivering on‑brand messaging across traditional, digital and social channels. Reporting to the Manager of Marketing and Communication, you will help drive consumer awareness, increase market share and enhance the hotel’s image.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in executing the annual marketing plan within budget, supporting Operations, Food & Beverage and Sales teams.
• Collaborate with advertising agencies on creative and media plans for tactical campaigns, especially for F&B promotions.
• Manage F&B media schedules, email marketing, and display advertising initiatives.
• Maintain alignment of digital advertising with brand voice and monitor performance of online programs.
• Facilitate social media engagement, update local digital channels, and promote F&B, weddings, spa, rooms and conferences.
• Conduct proactive online reputation management by responding to guest comments.
• Support the development of quarterly PR plans and maintain relationships with local media, food critics and bloggers.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related field plus 2 years of experience in sales, marketing or digital roles (hospitality marketing preferred), OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with no experience required.
