Assistant Marketing Manager – KFC (Relocation to Oman)

About the role

The Assistant Marketing Manager will support KFC Oman’s brand team in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales, market share and consumer engagement across all channels, including delivery aggregators.

Key responsibilities

• Support short‑ and long‑term brand strategy aligned with transaction growth, profitability and market share goals.
• Execute marketing campaigns at cluster, market and store levels, adapting to market and consumer trends.
• Monitor brand and channel performance, integrate consumer insights and recommend data‑driven actions.
• Conduct competitive analysis to strengthen KFC’s positioning in the QSR market.
• Develop and manage visibility plans with aggregator platforms, optimizing promotions and ROI.
• Analyse channel‑wise performance (delivery, dine‑in, takeaway, aggregators) and work with partners to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with operations, revenue management, legal and other functions to implement initiatives.
• Lead briefing, development and rollout of advertising, media plans, POS materials and packaging.
• Manage agencies and suppliers to ensure timely, high‑quality campaign delivery.
• Execute digital marketing, CRM and social‑media initiatives to boost brand visibility.
• Deliver innovative projects that enhance the guest experience and brand perception.
• Support regional MENA team in localising product and innovation calendars for Oman.

Required profile

• Minimum of 48 months (4 years) of relevant marketing experience.
