Associate / Senior Associate – Business Tax Advisory (Omani National)

About the role

As an Associate or Senior Associate in the Business Tax team of Deloitte & Touche Middle East, you will support Omani clients in meeting their tax compliance obligations and uncovering planning opportunities. The role combines technical tax work with client relationship management across a variety of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in preparing and filing local and international tax returns.
• Identify and advise on tax planning opportunities to minimise tax costs.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, delivering tailored tax advice.
• Conduct research on Omani tax legislation and emerging international tax developments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated business, finance and legal solutions.

Required profile

• Omani national with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Law or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Interest in developing expertise in direct tax, business tax advisory and related regulatory environments.
