Audit & Assurance Internship – Oman

About the role

Deloitte is offering a structured internship in Audit & Assurance for students based in Oman. You will work alongside experienced auditors, gaining hands‑on exposure to audit processes, internal controls and emerging digital tools.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in performing analytical reviews of audit documentation.
• Review client accounting procedures, operating systems and internal controls.
• Identify accounting and auditing issues and conduct research to resolve them.
• Provide recommendations to improve controls and business efficiency.
• Apply AI‑supported tools where appropriate, demonstrating a digital mindset and ethical data handling.

Required profile

• Pursuing a degree in accounting or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments.
• Team‑oriented attitude and ability to collaborate with professionals at all levels.
• Fluent in English (reading, speaking and writing).
