About the role
Join SalamAir’s Ground Operations team in Muscat as a Baggage Services Officer – Settlements. You will be the primary point of contact for passengers experiencing lost or delayed baggage, ensuring a smooth and transparent resolution process.
Key responsibilities
- Manage lost and delayed baggage cases from initial report to final settlement.
- Coordinate the recovery, handling, and return of baggage items.
- Process compensation claims accurately and maintain detailed records.
- Communicate case status and updates to customers in a timely manner.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of aviation experience, specifically with baggage services.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and effective communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in handling baggage claim systems and related documentation.
