Banking Professionals – Multiple Roles in Oman

About the role

We are building a talent pool of banking professionals to support a range of functions across Oman, including relationship management, credit analysis, risk, compliance, treasury, and operations. The final designation, grade and contract type will be matched to the candidate’s experience and business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage banking operations, customer portfolios, financial transactions and service channels in line with policies and standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate, institutional, SME, retail or high‑net‑worth clients.
• Assess client needs and propose appropriate banking, credit, investment, treasury or transaction solutions.
• Prepare or review credit proposals, financial assessments, risk evaluations and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, sanctions, fraud prevention, data protection and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor account performance, credit exposure, portfolio quality and operational risk indicators.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as credit, legal, compliance, treasury, finance and customer service.
• Achieve service, portfolio, revenue, quality and business‑development targets while upholding compliance standards.
• Identify process improvements and support digital banking, automation and service transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Relevant experience in banking or financial services across operations, relationship management, credit, risk, compliance, treasury, trade finance or customer service.
• Knowledge of banking products, credit processes, financial analysis and regulatory requirements.
• Professional certifications in banking, risk, compliance, AML, credit, treasury or finance are a plus.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage for client‑facing positions.
