About the role
Al Haq Trading LLC seeks an experienced Accountant to manage the financial records of its engineering division located in Ghala, Muscat. The role requires independent handling of daily accounting tasks and a solid grasp of accounting standards. The accountant will work closely with other departments to provide timely financial information and support decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile the company’s accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations, including journal entries, invoicing, and reporting.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and related analysis for management review.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes as required.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of accounting experience within Oman.
- Valid driving licence.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently on daily accounting activities.
