Barista

About the role

The Barista role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Al Amerat, Muscat. You will prepare and serve a variety of coffee and other beverages to high standards while providing a welcoming customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages following recipes and food safety guidelines.
• Operate coffee equipment and maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
• Greet guests, take orders, answer menu questions, and handle payments accurately.
• Support inventory checks, restocking, and ensure timely product presentation.

Required profile

• Currently residing in Oman, able to obtain NOC and join immediately.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; barista or hospitality training is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a café, restaurant or hospitality environment preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, work shifts (including weekends/holidays), and manage fast‑paced service.
• Reliability, attention to detail and a positive attitude toward learning.

Required skills

• Barista skills including beverage preparation and coffee equipment operation.
• Basic food preparation and knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication abilities.
