About the role
Join the Food & Beverage team at Mandarin Oriental Muscat as a Seasonal Bartender, delivering high‑quality beverage service in a luxury hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and operate a bar station, taking orders and promoting food and beverage offerings.
- Prepare and recommend wines, creative cocktails, and other drinks while ensuring service standards.
- Coordinate food and beverage service efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain inventory, cash float, and stock rotation, and handle opening/closing checklists.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in a 5‑star hotel environment.
- At least 1 year of bartending experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Required skills
- Knowledge of wine selection and cocktail preparation.
- Ability to handle cash and perform inventory management.
