Duty Manager (Night)

About the role

The Night Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of Al Baleed Resort Salalah during the night shift, ensuring exceptional guest service, safety, and compliance with Anantara brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall resort operations throughout the night, making decisions, resolving challenges, and escalating critical issues.
• Act as the primary point of contact for guests, handling complaints, special requests, and VIP arrivals.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Security, Engineering and other departments to ensure seamless communication.
• Conduct property inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards.
• Take immediate action in emergencies, security incidents, medical situations and other disruptions.
• Oversee night audit activities, ensure accurate financial reporting and cash controls.
• Provide leadership and guidance to on‑duty team members, ensuring professional conduct and service consistency.
• Prepare and communicate operational, incident and guest feedback reports, and ensure proper handover to day‑time management.
