Business Analysis Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analysis Consultant to identify business needs, analyse processes and recommend solutions that boost efficiency and support strategic decision‑making. You will work closely with stakeholders, lead junior analysts and ensure best practices in business analysis are applied.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business challenges, objectives and requirements.
• Analyse existing workflows, systems and data to pinpoint improvement opportunities.
• Develop detailed Business Requirement Documents, functional specifications and use cases.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose process‑reengineering solutions.
• Lead workshops, meetings and requirement‑gathering sessions.
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for IT teams.
• Support change‑management initiatives and assess impact of proposed changes.
• Create reports, dashboards and presentations to visualise findings.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in business analysis or consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of BABOK, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in the RPA domain or on RPA projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
