Business Development Executive – Fire & Safety Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to lead the growth of our Fire & Safety product portfolio across Oman. Reporting to the Chairman and Board of Directors, you will work closely with institutional customers, contractors and distributors to expand market share and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for fire‑protection solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with government, semi‑government, industrial, commercial and EPC clients.
• Promote products through customer visits, technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with decision‑makers, consultants and procurement teams.
• Generate project leads from early specification stages and manage the quotation, negotiation and closing process.
• Expand the retail and distribution network across Oman.

Required profile

• Energetic, ambitious and customer‑focused with a consultative sales approach.
• Strong ability to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
