Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive with 2‑4 years of B2B software sales experience to drive revenue growth for Xpedeon's ERP solutions. You will target customers in construction, engineering, infrastructure and project‑based industries, using a consultative sales approach.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Identify and qualify new prospects through outbound outreach, referrals, networking events and digital channels.
• Build relationships with CXOs, Finance Heads, Project Directors, Procurement Heads and other key stakeholders.
• Conduct product demos, solution presentations and develop tailored proposals in collaboration with Pre‑Sales and Product teams.
• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms, secure approvals and ensure timely contract execution.
• Coordinate with Delivery, Finance and Customer Success to guarantee smooth hand‑over and high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM, track pipeline movement and provide regular sales forecasts.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of B2B software or IT solution sales experience.
• Experience selling ERP, SaaS, enterprise software or construction technology is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage mid‑market or enterprise sales cycles with a consultative approach.
