Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new opportunities and building long‑term client relationships in Oman. The role will work closely with internal teams to develop proposals, negotiate contracts and secure projects that expand our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Contribute to business development strategies that support sustainable growth.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Participate in contract negotiations and manage client discussions.
• Conduct market research to assess trends, competition, and emerging opportunities.
• Identify relevant tenders and coordinate bid submissions with internal teams.
• Ensure timely, compliant, and competitive proposal and tender submissions.
• Serve as a key point of contact for assigned accounts and support long‑term client satisfaction.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and updates for management review.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management within Oman.
• Proven ability to secure new business and support revenue growth.
• Experience in tendering, proposal development, contracts, and commercial negotiations.
• Valid Omani driving license (mandatory).
