Business Development Manager – Oman Assistance Division

About the role

The Business Development Manager will support the Assistance Division in Oman by providing administrative assistance, managing the Braxtone Club Program, expanding the service provider network, and strengthening relationships with clients such as insurers, brokers, and rental agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide office administration including filing, report generation, meeting preparation, and ordering supplies.
• Answer calls, schedule meetings, and welcome visitors.
• Manage the Braxtone Club Program, collect funds from garages, and enroll service providers.
• Conduct market research, analyse data, and identify new product suppliers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with insurance companies, brokers, rental car agencies, and other partners.
• Arrange meetings with potential clients and negotiate service provider discounts.
• Handle customer complaints, public relations with Omani ministries, banks, and government offices.
• Support digital media advertising, organise events and promotions to boost sales and brand awareness.
• Market and secure new accounts for the RSA program, ensuring 12‑month client commitments.

Required profile

• Previous experience in administrative support and business development.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to conduct market research and analyse data effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in digital media advertising and event planning.
• Knowledge of the Omani business environment and regulations.
