Business Development Manager – OOH Media

About the role

Prime Hub, Oman’s leading OOH media house, is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand its advertising network across traditional and digital channels. You will drive new business, build strategic partnerships, and represent the brand at industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in outdoor, digital, and experiential advertising.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaign planning, execution, and performance monitoring.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Represent Prime Hub at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in traditional and digital advertising, preferably within OOH or events.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
