About the role

The Butler role at St. Regis Al Mouj is the face of the iconic Butler program, delivering high‑touch, personalized service to luxury guests throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized, high‑touch service to guests from pre‑arrival through departure, ensuring every request is fulfilled.
• Coordinate and supervise Butler Valets, managing their schedules and tasks.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to guarantee that all support services meet the Butler program standards.
• Anticipate guest needs proactively and act on them promptly.
• Maintain a safe and professional workplace, adhering to company policies, uniform standards, and appearance guidelines.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, and handling objects up to 50 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a guest‑service or hospitality role.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and lift objects up to 50 lb.
• Commitment to delivering uncompromising service standards.
